I accept paypal payments only. Payment/prices are listed in CAD.

Payment may be done in two ways:

1-Full payment up front. (yields priority on project)

2-Half payment up front and half upon completion. (Please be aware that once completed, you receive a low resolution of your project. The full resolution will be sent once the second half of the payment is received.)

There are no refunds. Exceptions are in the case that I am in an impossibility of completing your order, or if you are unable to proceed with payment (in the case of half payment)

Please also note that paypal fees are to be expected.

Procedure:

1- Message/email me with a commission title and what you are looking for. References are welcome if you have any. (I reserve the right to decline your request.)

2-Payment. (as stated above)

3-You will receive a basic sketch, all major changes are to be made at this stage. Small revisions after this stage are possible, however, if major changes are required at a later stage, fees will be applied. 

Please note that prices may be subject to changes (excludes a work that is already underway, and excludes fees for changes (these fees will always apply, if applicable, etc.)

Image Rights:

All rights to images remain mine as the artist/author (Alexandrine). Images commissioned are for personal uses only. You may not duplicate my work, nor use my work for commercial uses nor profit. (For commercial orders, please feel free to contact me, as prices differ)

The work completed for commissioners may be used in my portfolio and for my own promotional purposes at my own discretion.

Content:

I do have a tiny list of personal restrictions as far as my art goes, either because I lack the knowledge/experience or because of personal reasons. (Ethical reasons, etc)

I will not draw: torture/pain(light bdsm accepted), things that may be deemed illegal (bestiality,loli, etc), hate images (racism, sexism, etc), controversial religious images.

Full-body armor/mecha, full robots, full landscapes, etc….these are not strong suits, or simply not my fields of interest. They may still  be requested, and you will get my full 110% effort, but no guarantees on accuracy or the highest quality.(Hey! At least I’m being honest!)

Pricing Information: (Please note that these are for digital images.)

All prices 30$ and above are variable due to levels of complexity. 

All images include a simple background, or can have a transparent background.

          Additional backgrounds can be ordered starting from 5$ and up.

→Chibis: 5$-15$ (Sketch-5$, Basic colors(no shading)-10$, Full color-15$)

Example:      

→Sketches: 10$  (+4$ per additional character)

→Line work: (colorless work) for simple colors with no shading +8$ 

                      -20$/portrait  (+5$ per additional character)

                      -25$/waist-up (+8$ per additional character)

                      -27$/full body (+10$ per additional character)

*You receive the HD of your image in a JPG or PNG file either via email or through a downloadable file which will be deleted within 3 days. (depends on size of file)

**You get an approximated time-stamp for your work to be completed following the payment acceptance. You are also kept up-to-date with the progress of the image.

***Please note if you wish to receive a print of your completed work, you will be charged for shipping/handling fees.

Any/all images that I post of your commissioned piece will always be posted low resolution, you (the commissioner) and I (the artist) are the only ones to detain a full resolution of the image.
